I’m so excited to get to today’s topic!

Have you ever set a goal to lose weight, maybe attained the goal, just to re-gain it back and THEN some?

Maybe you imagine that if you lose the weight or just those two extra pounds that life will be different for you. You’ll get the guy or the girl or friend that you have always wanted, or you’ll be__________ (fill in the blank)?

I hear ya! And I think it is safe to say that there is no magic pill, diet or drink that can do this for us!

As you know, the topic of weight and weight loss can be a pretty sensitive subject depending upon the person. Which is why we are diving into today’s episode of E TV and discussing the 5 factors that you need to get clear on before losing weight!

What I love most about this though, is using this approach forces us to give more awareness to ourselves and our choices and what will work for us now and in the future! Plus it is a great self-confidence booster!
