Loved the visuals! What are some other natural sugars and how do you use them?
Great question! Natural sugars include sugars from fruit, honey, molasses, maple syrup and stevia! Switch out brown sugar with maple syrup or honey on your morning oatmeal. Use honey as a marinade for shrimp or chicken or pork chops! I also love to mix honey in with yogurt and fresh fruit!
