Good. Brain food … when I make a choice or go for second serving. Thank you for the suggestions. Mood good and need is very real for me, especially in January and February. Lately, I am getting into chia seed bread.
Hi Earl! I am loving chia seeds right now too! What is the bread that you have found (gluten-free right?) I have been putting chia seeds in my yogurt in the morning too! Great for protein and fiber!
